Ordered multiple items? You have the flexibility to return individual items from your order rather than the entire package.

Detailed Conditions
Selective Returns: You can choose to return specific items from a bulk order. The refund or exchange credit will be calculated based on the individual item price at the time of purchase.
Quality Assurance: Since our products are handcrafted by tribal artisans, minor variations in weave or color are signatures of authenticity and not considered defects.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. If the item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
