Cancellation & Refund

Understand our policies for cancellations, replacements, and refunds. We want every order to reach you in perfect condition.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped

  • No cancellations once the order has been shipped

  • If a COD order is refused or not accepted at delivery, all future orders from that account will be prepaid only

Replacement & Returns

  • Replacement or return is applicable only for defective or wrong items received

  • Request must be made within 2–3 days of delivery

How to Report a Defective Item

  • Record a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the issue

  • Send the video to our Whatsapp along with your Order ID

  • The full product, packaging, and label must be clearly visible in the video

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

  • Items that have been used or worn

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the product is received back and inspected

  • Once verified, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days

  • If eligible, share your payment QR code through our website — we will transfer the amount directly to you

  • If the issue is from our side, then you will get full refund.

  • For returns due to personal preferences(design, color, etc.), applicable charges will be deducted from your total amount, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Important Reminder

Video evidence is mandatory for all defective/wrong item claims. Claims without an unedited unboxing video cannot be processed. Please record your unboxing before opening the product fully.
